About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to coordinate Group Architecture initiatives aligned with the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) program. This role requires you to manage sequencing and coordination within Group Architecture (GA), between GA and DORA, and to outline dependencies with other programs such as BCCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple initiatives within Group Architecture.
• Align GA's deliverables with the DORA program.
• Identify and manage dependencies with other programs, including BCCM.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Establish clear structures and communication frameworks to support program success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Project Leadership with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and engagement capabilities.
• Strong Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Expertise in creating structure and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentations.
• Technical proficiency sufficient to engage with architecture-related programs.
• Familiarity with DORA requirements is a significant advantage.
