Our team
Prelude was founded by former Zenly team members who experienced firsthand the limitations of existing authentication solutions. While building products used by millions, we saw how SMS authentication had become expensive, unreliable, and vulnerable to spam and fraud, ultimately leading to the creation of Prelude.
Today, we are a team of 40 and growing, based in Paris, building products that power secure and high-performance user onboarding for companies across Europe and the US. We believe small, highly skilled teams outperform large, fragmented organizations, and we are intentional about staying focused on impact, quality, and speed.

The role
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to own and evolve our visual identity, shaping everything the world sees about Prelude. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, People & Talent and the leadership team to make sure our brand is consistent, distinctive, and memorable. This is a great opportunity to do more than deliver against briefs - you’ll be shaping the fabric of Prelude.
What will you be doing?
- Wearing multiple hats! We’re a growing start-up - some days you will be working on sales pitches, some days on video content for our product, on others you might be working on our website
- Owning and developing our visual branding (logo, typography, etc)
- Designing brand assets across web, marketing, social and more
- Creating landing pages, presentations, campaigns and launch assets
- Collaborating with Marketing and Product to bring ideas to life
- Maintaining brand consistency as we grow
- Experience in brand or visual design (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio showing how you think about brand as a whole, not just UI or graphics
- Experience with Figma and Adobe
- Confidence working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to be proactive and take ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you’ll think like an owner, and be proactive and engaged
- Ideally - you’ll bring some motion design, video, or illustration skills too
- Ideally - you’ll have worked with Framer or Webflow for website creation and editing
