What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers, acting as the voice of internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities through stakeholder input, user research, market analysis, and customer insights.
• Define a clear, outcome-oriented product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Set key success metrics and implement tracking to inform product decisions.
• Refine backlog priorities to balance internal platform needs and external customer value.
• Deliver training sessions, product presentations, and workshops to internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.

What you are like:

• Proven experience in shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ability to identify problems and opportunities across platforms and customer journeys.
• Experience validating product hypotheses and managing product backlogs.
• Knowledge of MVP specifications and fast iteration processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to define and implement metrics for usage, adoption, and value.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
