In this position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving development platforms and tooling, with a strong focus on CI/CD optimization, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments (ideally OpenShift). From writing and improving shell scripts, enabling secure application deployments, and tuning platforms such as logging, ETL, API management, and NoSQL databases, to analyzing application sizing and conducting root cause analyses—you’ll actively shape stable and efficient delivery pipelines. You’ll work closely with developers throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring best practices, standards, and documentation are consistently applied.

This role is ideal for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and practical experience in modern CI/CD environments (preferably Azure DevOps), containers, and Kubernetes. Experience as a developer—ideally with .NET—and exposure to technologies such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or API management platforms will help you succeed. You combine technical depth with a holistic perspective, communicate fluently in English, and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to improving systems in a mission-critical financial environment.
