We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect who will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and governing solution architectures aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and technological roadmaps.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams — including software engineers, testers, UX/UI, platform owners, architects, and external consultants or vendors — to deliver resilient, scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

The ideal candidate must ensure optimal utilization of technology, promote open standards, and drive innovation while maintaining cost-effective architecture strategies.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Solution Definition & Delivery

  • Understand business and platform requirements to design thoughtful, compliant, and scalable solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end solution development aligned with technology roadmaps and reference architectures.
  • Provide expert consultation to business units, platform owners, and technical teams.
  • Act as a technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

2. Architecture Alignment

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other domain architects (Data, Technical, Security, Solution) to ensure cohesive architectural alignment.
  • Promote synergy through consistent solution design and integrated deployment patterns.
  • Ensure solutions support business objectives and strategic priorities.

3. Solution Governance & Documentation

  • Own and govern solution design as per enterprise architecture governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, quality measures, and security guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date architecture documentation and blueprints in standard repositories.
  • Educate stakeholders on architecture standards and best practices.

4. Ensuring Resilient, Agile & Secure Architecture

  • Provide technical expertise to prevent performance, functionality, and security issues.
  • Recommend architectural enhancements to improve agility, security, cost efficiency, and performance.
  • Maximize the utilization of existing technologies and capabilities.
  • Document and justify new technologies, integration approaches, and deployment patterns aligned with enterprise standards.


📚 Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Enterprise Architecture certifications such as TOGAF (preferred).


Experience

  • 15+ years in Information Technology, majorly in solution definition, implementation, and architecture.
  • 6+ years in software development and systems design.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Integration patterns, tools, and technologies
  • Microservices architecture & SOA principles
  • Object-oriented analysis and design
  • Cloud-native design and deployments
  • 12-factor application principles
  • Architecture methodologies & design tools
  • Proven track record in building:
  • Customer-centric solutions
  • High-resilience and secure systems
  • Mission-critical solution architectures
