The ERP System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and stability of the ERP environment through effective system administration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational health, security, and performance of the ERP environment
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
- Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and security settings
- Monitor system logs and implement performance tuning for databases and application servers
- Execute and validate backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures
- Diagnose and resolve system-level technical issues to ensure high availability
- ERP system administration and operations
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- User and security administration
- Backup, recovery, and DR management
- System troubleshooting and availability management
- 8+ years of experience in ERP system administration
- Strong hands-on experience managing ERP environments
- Proven expertise in system patching, upgrades, and maintenance
- Experience with performance monitoring, backup, and recovery
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
