The ERP Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical operation, security, performance, and availability of the ERP environment, ensuring stable and reliable system functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational health, security, and performance of the ERP environment
- Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and security configurations
- Monitor system logs and perform performance tuning for databases and application servers
- Execute and validate backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures
- Diagnose and resolve system-level technical issues to ensure high availability
- ERP technical administration and support
- System patching, upgrades, and maintenance
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- User and security management
- Backup, recovery, and DR operations
- 8+ years of experience in ERP technical consulting or ERP administration
- Strong hands-on experience managing ERP technical environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues
- Experience with backup, recovery, and DR procedures
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
