Our company is looking for a Scrum Master with CSM Optimizely Experience to join our team in London. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote flexibility, giving you the best of both worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise customer success tools to improve client experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CSM strategies
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights for customer engagement
• Support process improvements and adoption of CSM tools

Requirements:

• Experience with Customer Success Management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week in London
