Part-time Project Manager Contract for Jan Start

You'll be joining a leading real estate technology consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation in the property sector. This organisation is delivering multiple high-profile projects across the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong reputation for innovation and client success, the consultancy is driving the adoption of Yardi Voyager and modernising legacy systems to support a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. This a part time opportunity (3 days a week) and offers great flexibility with remote working conditions. This is a 3-month contract starting 5 January 2026, with the option to extend or convert to permanent.

Your new role

As a Temporary Project Manager, you will step into several projects already in flight, including:

• Fast-tracked Yardi Voyager implementation
  
• Large-scale data migration and integration across APAC portfolios
  
• Corporate entity migration from legacy systems to Yardi
  

You'll be responsible for rapidly assessing project status, documentation, and team dynamics, then driving delivery through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  
• Taking ownership of project controls (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions)
  
• Enhancing stakeholder communication through reports, dashboards, and governance meetings
  
• Facilitating collaboration across internal and external teams
  
• Preparing executive-level summaries and recommendations
  
• Supporting data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live stabilisation
  

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading in-flight projects to successful outcomes
  
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in IT/software implementation (real estate sector preferred)
  
• Strong background in real estate technology projects; Yardi experience highly desirable
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams)
  
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) desirable
  
• Familiarity with Kantata, Smartsheet, or MS Project a plus
  
• Flexibility to work across APAC time zones
