Business Analyst – Legal – Crawley – Permanent – up to £65,000pa
My Law firm client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as they are currently undertaking a significant transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data for insights.
- Define user stories and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and process reviews.
- Design solutions and evaluate options.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards.
- Collaborate with developers and maintain IT architecture documentation.
- Support deployments and communicate requirements effectively.
They are looking for a Business Analyst with:
- BCS certifications (preferred).
- Experience with legal CMS, workflow automation, and legal applications.
- Knowledge of Agile development, Secure by Design principles, SQL, BPMN.
- Strong business and systems analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Previous legal experience is highly desirable.
This position is hybrid role working 3 days a week in the Crawley office
