AI SECURITY GRADUATE PROGRAM

AI is transforming every sector and securing these systems has become one of the most critical global challenges. To meet the growing need for specialists, AI Sweden and Nexer Tech Talent are launching Sweden’s first AI Security Graduate Program: a 12-month, hands-on accelerator for future AI Security Engineers and Architects.

This is not a traditional talent program. It is a research-driven, industry-embedded, hands-on program that gives you both deep expertise and real impact from day one. This is your chance to accelerate from academic talent to one of the most sought-after experts in a field shaping the future of society.

By joining, you will:

• Be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but have a specific role at a sponsoring organisations.
• Tackle real AI security challenges defined by a sponsoring organisation
• Receive advanced training from world-leading researchers and professors in AI security — including experts from Dakota University Madison Cyber Labs, Chalmers and AI Sweden’s academic network.
• Access AI Sweden’s state-of-the-art labs and cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with peers, mentors, and experts from academia, industry, and the public sector.
• Build a strong professional network across Sweden’s national AI ecosystem.
• Apply your knowledge directly to real systems, delivering concrete AI security solutions.
• Progress toward a permanent role in AI security at your sponsoring organisation by the end of the program.
  
  
  

What You Will Work With

The program combines theory, practice, and challenge-based learning across areas such as:

• Adversarial attacks & data poisoning
• Threat & vulnerability analysis
• Secure MLOps
• Privacy engineering
• AI at scale: risks and rewards
• Red/blue team exercises
• State-of-the-art AI security techniques
  
  
  

You will also participate in seminars, masterclasses, peer-to-peer learning and mentoring throughout the year.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a recently graduated MSc or PhD student in:

• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Engineering Physics
• Mathematics
• Cybersecurity
• or a related technical field

Programming languages and tech stacks vary by sponsor organisation, but experience with Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity tooling is beneficial.
