Primary Responsibilities
- Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization
- The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel development.
- Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his / her Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the country’s Market in line with Corporate Objectives and KPIs.
- Project management write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system, align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline.
- Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives. Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by:
- Sub Channel A: Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects/Designers
- Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owners
- Sub Channel D: Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects & Developers
- Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management.
Qualifications And Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field, MBA (is a plus)
- Fluent written and spoken English & Turkish, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.
- Around 2-4 years of experience in the same industry at a comparable position.
- Sanitary Experience is a MUST
- Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented, environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence.
