Senior Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – FX Chain Backoffice Transformation (Global Program) with 15+ years of experience in CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) to lead a multi years global transformation program for our FX chain backoffice. This role requires hands-on experience in FX front-to-back-to-finance transformations, including migration strategy and rollout leadership. You will drive the program, manage steering committees with CXO-level stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across booking, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FX chain backoffice transformation program, ensuring alignment with global business and IT objectives.
• Drive migration strategy, planning, and execution for the FX chain, including rollout across regions.
• Provide strong functional knowledge of post-trade activities, including booking, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration between front, middle, and back-office systems.
• Manage steering committees and engage with CXO-level stakeholders to ensure program alignment and support.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to deliver program milestones.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the global transformation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in CIB, with a focus on FX and front-to-back IT projects.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager (PM) leading large-scale transformations
• Hands-on experience in FX migrations and front-to-back-to-finance programs.
• Strong understanding of post-trade activities (booking, confirmation, settlement, accounting, regulatory reporting).
• Experience managing steering committees and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
