We are a distributed SoftServe team, collaborating with a US-based customer. They build smart shopping carts powered by deep learning and computer vision to enable a seamless grab-and-go retail experience. Retailers purchase intelligent shopping carts, and the entire store is upgraded with cashier-less capabilities.

Our cross-functional and durable product team solves hard customer and business problems in ways our customers love.

IF YOU ARE

  • Having over 7 years of commercial experience in .NET Core development
  • Experienced as a Software Architect for at least 1 year
  • Knowledgeable of the application of modern architecture principles and patterns
  • Strong in designing and building microservices architecture
  • Competent in event-driven systems, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, MassTransit)
  • Familiar with any cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and Dockerized applications
  • Skilled in RESTful API development and integration
  • Confident with version control (e.g., Git)
  • Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
  • A holder of commercial leading experience (nice to have)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design and build scalable, distributed backend services using .NET Core
  • Develop cloud-native microservices based on MACH principles and deploy to Kubernetes
  • Integrate with persistent data stores like MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, EventStore
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and clean architecture practices
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team learning
  • Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and troubleshoot production issues
  • Drive innovation and suggest improvements in architecture and processes
