Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Human Resources team is dedicated to creating an environment where talent thrives, and careers take flight. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn what it takes to support an international workforce in a dynamic aviation industry.
Your Role
- Contribute to HR projects such as assisting in designing career paths and development frameworks.
- Creating and updating templates, letters, and HR documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Preparing presentations and reports for HR initiatives and management meetings.
- Supporting the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team on day-to-day tasks and employee-related matters.
- Assisting in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and KPIs.
- Contributing to employee engagement activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
