We're seeking an experienced "Project Manager" to join our fast-growing mobile gaming and application development company. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile products that reach millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end project management for mobile games and applications
• Expert-level management of projects using Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and workflow optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, marketing, publishing)
• Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Stakeholder communication and regular reporting
• Risk management and proactive problem-solving
• Contribute to product roadmap development
• Track KPIs and analyze project performance
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira in a project management capacity
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in mobile gaming or app development
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
• Technical knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or mobile development platforms
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play publishing processes
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
