Telecom QA Test Engineer (Finnish-speaking)

Telecom QA Engineer (Finnish-speaking) - API Testing, OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) telecommunications knoowledge.

We are seeking a skilled Telecom QA Engineer with deep functional knowledge of the telecom domain and fluency in Finnish. The ideal candidate will manage complex test environments, execute and coordinate test activities across multiple systems, and leverage low-code/no-code automation tools to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with telecom QA processes and systems, including Amdocs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform test execution and coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and systems.
• Manage complex test environments in telecom projects.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using low-code/no-code automation tools (preferably Mabl).
• Conduct API testing to validate integrations and system behavior.
• Ensure adherence to telecom QA processes and standards.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Functional knowledge in the telecom domain.
• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with test execution and managing complex test environments across multiple systems.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools, preferably Mabl.
• Strong experience with API testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with telecom QA processes and Amdocs systems.
• Strong understanding of telecom environments and systems.
