About the job :
Within the Information Technology Department, you will assist the Learning & Development Project Manager in driving digital communication and creative initiatives for the Chanel Tech Academy. You will contribute to showcasing our TECH learning programmes through the design of visual content and the promotion of our projects across internal channels.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working in an international, demanding and inspiring environment, where creativity and rigour go hand in hand. We will provide you with the tools, guidance and opportunities to develop your skills, take initiative and take pride in contributing to the excellence of Chanel TECH.
Your impact at CHANEL :
As part of this internship, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Animate and engage the internal community during events (platform management, online interactions, engagement development)
- Support the organisation and coordination of events and video shootings (logistics preparation, operational follow-up, scheduling)
- Create visual and animated materials (graphic design, animation, motion design) to highlight learning offers and TECH initiatives
- Contribute to operational communications for the Tech Academy, in collaboration with the wider team
- Student in Communication, Graphic Design or Digital Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva…) and animation/motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere or equivalent)
- Comfortable using digital communication tools (SharePoint, mailing, newsletters…)
- Professional level of English required (daily exchanges within an international environment)
- Strong sense of autonomy, creativity, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in technology, innovation and learning
- High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn
