We are looking for an experienced Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization through a critical transition period. In this role, you will define and strengthen the technological foundation required for steady and scalable growth, while guiding the organization towards a more mature, efficient, and future-proof technology landscape.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership, with a strong focus on structure, people, and performance.

Your Job

• Lead the organization from a technological perspective during a transition phase.
• Design and implement a clear organizational structure with well-defined roles and responsibilities across technology teams.
• Optimize processes and ways of working to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery.
• Introduce and embed best practices for communication, cross-team collaboration, and project management.
• Define and implement KPIs and metrics to track progress, performance, and organizational maturity.
• Coach and support middle management, ensuring the right people are positioned to drive technological growth.
• Align technological strategy with business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
• Act as a key stakeholder for senior leadership and business partners.

Your Expertise

• Strong technical background with deep knowledge of modern software architecture.
• Proven experience with microservices architectures and event-driven design.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in senior or executive technology roles.
• Ability to translate technological strategy into tangible business value.
• Solid experience in process development and organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coaching capabilities, particularly at middle-management level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical domains.
• A clear and compelling vision for sustainable technological growth.
