Senior Project Manager (Idenitity)

This role supports the delivery of a vendor-led identity consolidation program, migrating multiple environments into a central Microsoft Entra ID platform. As the Identity Project Manager, you will coordinate delivery activities across end-user groups, technical vendors, and internal program teams to ensure readiness, manage risks, and support a smooth transition to the consolidated identity model.

What You Will Do

• Plan and coordinate identity migration activities across multiple sites and user groups
• Lead identity, device, application, and network readiness assessments
• Oversee identity discovery, group mapping, and conflict resolution activities
• Coordinate device readiness including AD status and Intune enrolment
• Manage vendor engagement, dependencies, issues, and delivery risks
• Maintain delivery documentation, change tracking, and readiness artefacts
• Support stakeholder engagement, champion networks, and production verification testing
• Prepare and present program updates and materials for governance forums
  
  

What You Will Have Done

• Delivered or managed identity rollout or migration projects in complex, multi-entity environments
• Worked extensively with Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, Cloud Sync, and Active Directory
• Managed identity lifecycle management, SSO/MFA, and group-based access models
• Led coordination across vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Translated technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences
• Contributed to design reviews, options analysis, and business case development
• Ideally gained experience in public sector, education, or other regulated environments
