I'm recruiting for a leading global fintech organisation seeking an experienced Global Payroll Project Manager to join their team in Dublin on a contract basis running through to March 2027.

The Role: You'll be the crucial link between internal teams and payroll provider, managing the delivery of payroll projects and driving stakeholder satisfaction across the organisation. From project intake through to final implementation, you'll oversee execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of payroll technology solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of relevant project management experience
• Hands-on experience with outsourced payroll platforms
• Knowledge of ADP platforms (essential!)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Contract Details:

• Location: Dublin, Ireland (5 days on-site)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Through 18th March 2027
