This role is critical for transforming the client's global pricing function by establishing robust Monitoring & Insights (M&I) capabilities. The specialist will serve as the hands-on owner for executing the M&I roadmap, focusing on translating complex data into actionable commercial strategy.
The perfect candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented “builder” with established pricing expertise and a track record of generating data-driven price reports and advanced analytics.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead new report creation: architect, pilot, and standardize pricing reports with commercial impact.
- Drive process optimization: improve data extraction, reporting, and documentation for efficiency.
- Own M&I pipeline: deliver dashboards and analytical tools for global/regional stakeholders.
- Translate insights into strategy: provide actionable recommendations for lifecycle teams.
- Develop and maintain accurate pricing resources for customer segments.
- Act as China M&I lead: conduct external environment and price trend analysis.
- Ensure governance and compliance: maintain audit readiness and data integrity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant science field.
- Minimum 5+ years in a commercial, strategic pricing, or Net Revenue Management (NRM) role within Diagnostics, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in creating data-driven price reports and advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Fluent English (German is an advantage).
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and thrives in ambiguity.
- Full ownership mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Experience in improving profitability outside healthcare.
