We are looking for an automation engineer with solid hands-on experience in Siemens PLC programming. The assignment focuses on building, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC software in an industrial environment, working close to production and hardware.
Responsibilities
- PLC programming in Siemens environments (TIA Portal)
- Implementation and modification of control logic for industrial automation systems
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding in PLC-controlled production systems
- Participation in commissioning activities (FAT/SAT and start-up)
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming
- Experience from industrial automation environments
- Ability to work independently with PLC software
- Good working knowledge of TIA Portal
- Experience with HMI and/or SCADA systems
- Experience from manufacturing or process industries
- Degree in Automation engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Practical, structured, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working close to hardware and production
- Used to working in industrial environments
