About The Assignment

We are looking for an automation engineer with solid hands-on experience in Siemens PLC programming. The assignment focuses on building, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC software in an industrial environment, working close to production and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • PLC programming in Siemens environments (TIA Portal)
  • Implementation and modification of control logic for industrial automation systems
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding in PLC-controlled production systems
  • Participation in commissioning activities (FAT/SAT and start-up)

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming
  • Experience from industrial automation environments
  • Ability to work independently with PLC software

Meriting experience

  • Good working knowledge of TIA Portal
  • Experience with HMI and/or SCADA systems
  • Experience from manufacturing or process industries

Personal profile

  • Degree in Automation engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Practical, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working close to hardware and production
  • Used to working in industrial environments
