Quality Planning & Assurance
· Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
· Ensure QA/QC procedures align with company standards, contract specifications, and applicable authority regulations.
· Conduct quality induction sessions for project teams and subcontractors.
Site Quality Control
· Monitor and inspect construction and fit-out works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.
· Carry out routine inspections for architectural, civil, MEP, and finishing works.
· Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observe corrective actions, and verify close-out.
Material & Supplier Control
· Review and approve material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings in coordination with consultants and project teams.
· Inspect delivered materials to ensure compliance with approved submittals and specifications.
· Coordinate testing of materials as required.
Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams on quality matters.
· Prepare quality reports, inspection records, test results, and handover documentation.
· Support final inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
· Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project quality requirements, and local authority regulations.
· Identify recurring quality issues and recommend preventive actions.
· Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Analyze quality trends, NCR patterns, and root causes to prevent recurrence.
· Review inspection data and quality metrics to identify risks and improvement areas.
· Guide site teams and subcontractors on quality standards and best practices.
· Provide on-the-job coaching to engineers and supervisors on quality compliance.
Innovation
· Propose improvements to quality processes, inspection methods, and reporting tools.
· Support the adoption of digital quality tracking and documentation systems.
