Job Description

The mission of the Senior Business Application Manager is to support decision-making and business processes by ensuring functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and constant alignment with Business needs.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Be fully responsible for projects to enhance the IS architecture and implementing them throughout the project life cycle and control their implementation.
• Be responsible by building documentation and mapping the respective requirements.
• Provide end-user functional support in a timely and efficient manner - address incidents and requests to external providers
• Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using HR Tools data
• Monitor and execute production tasks (e.g. data quality controls and reporting)
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and experience in data‑modeling projects
• Microsoft Excel
• IT – Business/IT relationship
