Hexa Consulting is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across different industries.

🔍 What we're looking for:

• Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles
• Strong experience with Power BI for building dashboards and interactive reports
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience in data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data warehouse design
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical BI solutions
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is a plus
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
