Lean Operations Performance Manager

Barden is delighted to partner with a world-renowned pharmaceutical company in their search for a Lean Operations Performance Manager. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to make a real impact across the manufacturing function and drive operational excellence.

You will take a proactive approach to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements across the site. You’ll be walking the manufacturing floor, analysing workflows, and embedding a culture of Lean thinking, ensuring measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and performance.

• Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt required, including responsibility for Six Sigma training across the site
