Marketing & Sales Assistant

Salary: 1250-1400 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.

Location: Lithuania, Vilnius

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll partner with the Brand Partnerships team to support the execution of sponsored challenges as well as other revenue-driving products. You’ll mainly work in the areas of quality assurance and lead qualification, as well as assisting with our client bulk subscription and trial campaigns. In this role, you’ll succeed if you can work flexibly across multiple areas, have strong communication and attention to detail, and understand the importance of communication/adhering to deadlines.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Ensuring content meets quality criteria before being published on the Platform;
• QA of partner emails;
• Improving Hubspot data entry (recurring) and one-off projects for Hubspot (e.g., Key accounts setup, cleanup of existing accounts);
• Qualifying & responding to inbound leads from the Business website;
• Supporting trial campaigns and bulk subscriptions for partners.
  
  

You'll be successful if you have

• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines;
• Confident and quick in learning and adapting to multiple technologies;
• Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels;
• Problem Solving & strong attention to detail;
• Basic knowledge of the Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Presentations);
• Preferred but not required: HubSpot experience.
