We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst to assist our customers in achieving digital transformation through data. Our mission is to extract value from data, and we’re looking for like-minded professionals to join our team!

The remote option is available exclusively for candidates residing and working in Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Carry out elicitation activities to engage business and IT stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify and prioritize business needs
• Define business needs as requirements and collaborate with the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle, taking on roles such as Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Perform data discovery, assessment, and profiling tasks
• Create prototypes of business needs alongside stakeholders before moving to production
• Lead Sprint review sessions or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work with customer stakeholders, delivery management, and technical leads on the design phase of data products
• Develop post-production materials to aid stakeholders in maximizing adoption of deliverables, including training and marketing resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the data domain
• 3+ years of expertise handling requirements on BI, Data, or Analytical projects (such as gathering, presenting, estimating, and prioritizing)
• Ability to translate business needs into data-related requirements
• Proficiency in delivering data and analytics projects from start to finish within a team, involving data visualization, reporting, BI, and advanced analytics solutions, using Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with AI projects and AI tools
• Understanding of concepts like Proof of Concept, Minimum Viable Product, and Minimum Lovable Product
• Background in collaborating with business and IT stakeholders as well as end-users
• Knowledge of the data and analytics landscape, along with insights into current trends

Nice to have

• Background in developing prototypes for data solutions
• Familiarity with industries such as Finance, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Supply Chain, or Marketing
• Competency in taking on roles such as Product Owner or Data Product Owner on analytical projects
• Proficiency in using wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma
• Expertise in creating data visualizations with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other modern visualization platforms
• Capability to lead on-site customer workshops
• Math background with strong analytical skills

Salary range €3.2K-€6K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
