This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, based in Bergen. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructures, administering networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring network security. The Information Technology Specialist will also provide support and assistance for hardware and software systems while delivering exceptional customer service to address users’ IT needs.
- Experience in Network Administration and Network Security to manage and secure IT environments effectively.
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to solve technical issues and optimize systems operations.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address user needs and provide technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex IT challenges.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
