Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain validators, RPC servers, and networking infrastructure in Rust
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for server health and network performance
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and increase system throughput

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles
• Proficiency in Rust for high-performance applications
• Strong background in distributed systems design and benchmarking
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and container orchestration
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC)
• Deep familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
• Super Bonus : High-Performance Computing (HPC) experience
