The Global Graduates Programme is a one-year, full-time experience designed to give you real-world exposure to technology and innovation.

You’ll rotate through two roles (6 months each), work on meaningful projects, and gain skills that set you up for success. Along the way, you’ll have access to mentors, learning resources, and wellbeing support every step of the way.


About the Role

You’ll join a structured entry-level rotational programme designed to give you the skills and experience to build a long-term career in technology.

What You’ll Learn and Do

Depending on your rotation, you’ll dive into areas like:

  • Engineering solutions for our businesses and customers.
  • Production engineering to keep our technology safe and reliable.
  • Data analysis to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Working with strategic frameworks like Fabric, Autobahn, and GLUE.

Who Can Apply?

To join the 2026 Graduate Programme, you should:

  • Be in your final year of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Be ready to start full-time work in July 2026.
  • Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.

We’re looking for curious, adaptable, and collaborative students and graduates from all academic backgrounds.

If you’re passionate about technology - coding, data, digital solutions - you’ll fit right in. You don’t need a finance or math degree; our training will give you the technical knowledge you need to succeed.
