As an HR Change & Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission:

• Lead the implementation of the People Model Canvas and manage change for our clients.
• Develop client HR practices through our tailored solutions.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and collaborate with experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Proactively identify client needs and suggest improvements.

Your profile:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in consulting, project management, or change management.
• Strong project management skills and a knack for systemic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
