Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco technologies, network routing and switching, and load balancing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and a solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Primary Skills

Cisco Technologies: Routing & Switching
Firewall: Cisco ASA, Fortinet
Load Balancer: Citrix Netscaler
Network Routing Protocols: OSPF, BGP, VRF
Network Switching: VLAN, VLAN Trunking, STP, PVSTP, SPAN, VTP, Port Channel
Switching & Other Technologies: HSRP, VRRP, NAT, NTP, SNMP, DHCP, WCCP, IP SLA, NetFlow
Certification: CCNA (Mandatory)

Other Requirements

Strong hands-on experience and troubleshooting knowledge in Routing, Switching, and NetScaler Load Balancer.
Good understanding of ITIL processes with practical experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills across all organizational levels.
Experience with tools such as Spectrum, E-Health, Cisco Prime, NCM, and IPAM will be an added advantage.
