Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of gold and minerals processing projects.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and lead project teams including engineers, construction personnel, and support staff.
- Mandatory: Proven experience managing gold processing projects within the mining industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools and software.
