Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

📌 Context:

• Service: Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)
• Scope: Full deployment of infrastructure services for a new building in Belgium

💼 Your Mission:

• Actively participate in Digital Program Governance
• Coordinate design and delivery activities for all infrastructure-related topics
• Build strong partnerships with Digital, Engineering, and Automation teams
• Track and manage hardware procurement for infrastructure components
• Provide strategic and technical analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple project managers and experts to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain comprehensive program reporting and risk management
• Handle alerts and escalations from Digital and Business partners
• Ensure compliance with Cyber Security and Quality standards
• Guide and support all stakeholders, including program team members
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain alignment with Sanofi Digital standards
• Develop and implement technical support processes for validation phases
• Lead the transition from project/program phase to operational phase
• Continuously report on overall program progress, including risks and related projects

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Flemish
• Strong knowledge of Digital infrastructure and IT/OT environments
• Proven experience in a manufacturing context
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote and multi-cultural teams
• Experience in infrastructure qualification and validation
• Track record of large-scale infrastructure project delivery

• Experience with infrastructure qualification strategies and documentation
