Job Description

You will need to:

  • Develop and maintain ETL procedures and reports using Athena, Spark, Scala
  • Work on data solutions that support and enable product and business teams at Evolution to make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, availability, accuracy and monitoring of data processing solutions


To succeed in this role you should have::

  • Proficiency in database development
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL on Linux OS
  • Experience with a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python)
  • Familiarity with source code management (e.g. git)


Nice to have:

  • Experience in JVM programming language - Java, Scala, etc.
  • JVM based application troubleshooting
  • Experience with AWS - Glue, Athena, Batch, ECS, Lambda, Redshift
  • Experience with Spark
  • Experience with Apache Superset
