Project Technical Manager - Construction

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all disciplines.
• Review and submit material submittal comply with building codes, regulation s and green building requirements.
• Coordinate between Architecture & structure.
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to follow updates and required changes.
• Manage and handle project Technical team.
• Resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Review all Shop drawings inhouse and subcontractor.
• Coordinate between all subcontractors for Engineering works.
• Prepare reports and following project technical plan.
• Review all IFC and submit RFIs, in coordination with project documents.
• Attend Technical meetings.

Requirements:

• 8 year experience in UAE
• Degree in Civil or Architect Engineering
• Experience in 50+ floors project preferred

Will be reporting to Senior Technical Manager
