Senior Cost Manager

The Opportunity

In This Role, You Will:

• Analyse cost reports and conduct regular reviews with senior management.
• Prepare budgets, including detailed cost modelling, benchmarking analysis, and review with senior leadership.
• Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client value.
• Oversee the financial close-out of projects, including vendor settlements.
• Provide guidance on commercial change management and evaluate change requests.
• Manage RFP processes from initiation through to procurement of project services and products.
• Proactively lead commercial risk management efforts.
• Review analytics, including portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You:

• Have M&E Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Possess experience in the data centre industry.
• Are RICS Chartered or working towards this qualification (we can support you).
• Hold a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or a related field.
