🚀 Software Engineer – Telecom OSS Fulfilment, Inventory & Site Infrastructure (Java, Strucware, WildFly, Zenon) | Stockholm

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to join a high-impact telecom OSS engineering environment in Stockholm, working across fulfilment & inventory services and site infrastructure / energy monitoring integrations.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale order-to-activate flows, enhance OSS backend services and legacy UI components, and build integrations that expose real-time infrastructure monitoring & control into OSS platforms.

What you’ll be working on

OSS Fulfilment & Inventory Engineering

• Enhancing Java backend services, C utilities, and GWT legacy UI
• Implementing fulfilment functions such as assignment, reservation, and activation
• Strengthening integrations using XML/JSON APIs, with resilience and fault-tolerant patterns
• Tuning WildFly runtime performance and improving throughput for high-scale systems
• Building automated test suites and improving delivery quality

Telecom Site Infrastructure & Energy (Zenon SCADA)

• Developing and maintaining Zenon SCADA logic, integrations, and data flows
• Building APIs to expose monitoring and control telemetry into OSS platforms
• Configuring industrial data acquisition and protocols: OPC UA / Modbus / IEC
• Enabling alarm/event flows into ITSM / NOC tooling
• Supporting secure, resilient, auditable operations and optimising runtime performance

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer in telecom or complex systems environments
• Solid Java backend development skills
• Experience integrating APIs and handling real-time data flows
• Familiarity with WildFly, OSS platforms, or fulfilment / provisioning concepts is a plus
• Exposure to Zenon SCADA or industrial protocols (OPC UA / Modbus / IEC) is highly beneficial
• Comfortable working in hybrid stacks (modern + legacy), with a pragmatic delivery mindset
