We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a internship in Data Analyst team – Vision Care

You will play an important role in understanding and standardizing syndicated data and combining this to insights to support the decisions of the Commercial teams.

You will be part of a dynamic team where your individual contribution will be highly valued.

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Building and curating datasets from internal and external sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyzing sales and purchase patterns across markets and channels.
• Exploring price and sales correlations, including sell-out price dynamics and elasticity.
• Designing Tableau dashboards, machine learning algorithms and agentic AI frameworks to automate and enhance data analysis workflows
• Visualizing insights and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  
  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Python, R, Excel, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, especially agentic AI or autonomous agents, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
