Overview
We are building production-grade AI systems that power real business decisions. This is not a research role and not a prompt engineering role. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on building, deploying, and operating agentic AI systems in real environments.
You will work directly with founders on an ambitious platform that combines agentic reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation, and reliable system design.
What you’ll be working on
- Designing and building autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and use tools
- Building and maintaining RAG pipelines with strong retrieval, memory, and context handling
- Developing production APIs and services used in real workflows
- Implementing error handling, monitoring, and evaluation for AI systems
- Balancing accuracy, determinism, latency, cost, and reliability in production systems
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering background with solid Python skills
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications
- Practical experience with agentic systems, not just prompt writing
- Experience building or operating RAG systems and vector databases
- Comfortable shipping to production using Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Systems thinker who can own problems end to end
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar is a plus.
