Microsoft 365 System Engineer

KR Recruitment is pleased to partner with a leading investment manager to recruit a Microsoft 365 System Engineer for their team in Luxembourg.

Job breakdown:

System Administration: 65%

User Support: 30%

Network/Telecoms Administration: 5%

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Exchange, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Hyper-V.
• Manage user rights and access, ensuring compliance with company security policies.
• Leverage advanced expertise in Azure administration, Exchange, SharePoint sites, and the company portal.
• Maintain and support security measures, including VPN systems, two-factor authentication, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Oversee updates for various systems and tools such as Adobe Pro, DocuSign, VEEAM Backup, SQL Server, and WordPress.
• Provide technical support to users and develop user-friendly documentation.
• Prepare computers for deployment using Microsoft Autopilot.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently address complex Microsoft tenant technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced partners managing Level 1 support tasks.
• By streamlining workflows and implementing efficient processes, you will enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual interventions for recurring tasks.
• Your ability to automate and optimize Microsoft tools will be key to reducing the volume of user support needs. You will be assisted by a hands-on CTO who will provide guidance and support in achieving these goals.
