Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Corporate Solution Delivery within Compliance, Corporate Responsibility, and Sustainability initiatives. Acting as a servant leader, this role ensures agile teams operate efficiently while embracing Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team events, and PI planning sessions
  • Lead retrospectives and drive relentless process improvement
  • Support multiple Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) simultaneously
  • Coordinate and manage cross-team and external dependencies
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks, including those outside team authority
  • Ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain across teams
  • Define and manage timelines and scope using Agile planning and backlog refinement
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks
  • Support release planning and execution
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and scheduled
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up
  • Support initiatives related to product safety, product recall, and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
  • Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams
  • Strong background managing external and cross-team dependencies
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • SAFe Agile certification
  • Experience working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations using influence
  • Strong ability to manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Background in retail environments
