We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will build robust and scalable web-based applications, solve high-level business and technical problems, and contribute to the design and architecture of our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new features and improvements while fostering a collaborative environment.

- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web-based applications.
- High-Level Design: Perform high-level design with guidance, including functional modeling and module breakdown.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning and improvements in large-scale distributed systems.
- Architecture Improvement: Make incremental changes to the architecture and perform impact analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and broader stakeholders to track project impacts and iterate on improvements.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in coding and solving large-scale problems.
- Educational Background: B. Tech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent) from a tier-1 institute.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one general programming language (e. g., Java, Node.js, Golang, Python, C, C++) and database experience (e. g., MySQL, NoSQL).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong desire and capability to solve complex and interesting real-world problems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to share thoughts openly, listen intently, and accept constructive feedback.
- Location: Bellandur office, working 5 days a week from the office.
