About The Role

Accenture is seeking talented professionals at various levels to join our Data & AI Strategy team within Strategy & Consulting. In this role, you’ll help clients define and deliver strategies that place data and AI at the centre of their business and operating model transformation.

As a Consultant, you’ll contribute to the design of operating models, capability frameworks, and transformation roadmaps while working alongside experienced colleagues. You’ll build a strong foundation in strategy consulting while helping organisations unlock value from data and AI.

Key Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the development of data and AI strategies, operating models, and capability frameworks.
  • Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and research to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Assist in shaping business cases and prioritised use cases aligned to client objectives.
  • Support the creation of transformation roadmaps and help measure progress against outcomes.
  • Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions.
  • Translate complex technology and data concepts into structured, business-focused insights and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, and industry) to support integrated client solutions.


  • What We’re Looking For


  • 5-10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a closely related field (operating models, transformation, or business strategy).
  • Exposure to data, analytics, or AI strategy (e.g., defining AI opportunities, governance models, or data-enabled transformation).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Experience contributing to the design of operating models, process frameworks, or capability assessments.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready materials.
  • Team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a growth-driven attitude.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data/Analytics, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
