🔎We are looking for an IT Project Manager

MAIN TASKS:

• Clarify project objectives, scope, and dependencies.
• Confirm sponsorship and ensure business rationale.
• Estimate effort and resources, and identify contributors.
• Define business requirements, cost, timeline, and governance.
• Develop the project roadmap, secure resources, and prioritize.
• Drive execution, share progress, and monitor risks/issues.
• Escalate problems, adjust roadmap, and manage budget.
• Lead governance meetings, collect feedback, and update tools.
• Ensure solutions meet IT architecture, operational standards, and controls.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Experience in a senior project leader role.
• Proven track record in successful interactions with peers in a non-hierarchical framework.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to manage medium-sized transformation projects effectively.
• Experience interacting with middle management to drive project success.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Hybrid regime in the Lisbon office.
