As a Senior AI/ML Developer at Emergn, you’ll help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth.

We want you to:

• Design and implement AI-powered features for Stella (Praxis’s AI product coach)
• Collaborate with Lead Data Scientist on architecture and parallel development streams
• Build production-ready systems that integrate LLMs with platform functionality
• Process and structure knowledge base content for AI consumption
• Develop context-aware AI capabilities that understand user workflows
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

This job might be for you if you have:

• AI/ML:
• LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Embeddings and vector databases for semantic search
• Experience building conversational AI or AI agents
• Development:
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• SQL
• API development
• Serverless/edge functions architecture
• Cloud-native development patterns
• Experience with cloud-based AI services
• AI-Specific Capabilities:
• Agentic AI patterns and tool-calling frameworks
• Context management and conversation state
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Document parsing, chunking, and structuring
• Knowledge base organization and retrieval
