We're working with NTT DATA on this exciting opportunity.
NTT DATA is seeking a passionate and innovative Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join their team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work within a forward-thinking organization, supporting legal and compliance teams while driving agile processes and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, gather documentation, and ensure clarity.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of requests using Agile methodology.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Track team progress and remove impediments.
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and understanding of project frameworks.
• 5+ years of Experience preparing requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and UAT scripts.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.
