• Legacy Building: Help establish the PMO (Project Management Office) frameworks that will define our company for the next decade.

Are You the One?

We are looking for a specific profile:

• UAE National (Family Book holder): This is a dedicated role for local talent.
• Experience: 3–7 years of delivering high-impact projects (Tech, Consulting, or Digital Transformation).
• The "NextMatch" Mindset: You don't just follow a plan; you improve it. You are comfortable in the fast-paced world of AI and SaaS.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic, with the presence to present to C-suite executives.
• Tooling: Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or similar "future-of-work" tools.
